You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CCXVII PERSONNALISÉ.
If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition and packaging. Items must be returned within 10 business days of the delivery date.
Please note: We do not accept returns on worn or damaged items.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [ ccxviipersonnalise@gmail.com ] with your order number, first and last name. We will provide you with the return instructions and the address where your package should be sent.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
As CCXVII we respect our customer's account information as private and confidential information and will not share it with any outside organizations or individuals unless we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
Shipping Information
Shipping to the USA. (takes up 10-15 business days to ship out)
Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, USPS, or FedEx.
Shipping to Canada (7 to 10 business days)
Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS.
Note for U.S. Customer
CCXVII is based in Canada. While we do our best to minimize costs, U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply once a shipment crosses the border.
Please be aware that these additional charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient if assessed by U.S. Customs.
